Project Management
- Manage all phases of engineering projects from inception until completion.
- Maintain quality, budget, and schedule throughout the duration of projects.
- Coordinate with all consultants involved on projects, to include, hiring and negotiating the scope of work and fees.
- Coordinate with all applicable public agencies, to include, the processing of all needed permits.
Land Development
- Site Grading Plans for the purpose of processing discretionary permits, to include, site development, neighborhood development, coastal development, and variance permits.
- Grading Plans for the purpose of bonded grading permit including earthwork calculations, BMPs, and bonding cost estimate.
- Public Improvement Plans for the purpose of preparing construction plans for water, sewer, drainage, and road improvements to include curb and gutter design.
- Tentative Map/ Map Waiver.
Engineering Reports
- Drainage Reports to include hydrology and hydraulic studies for the purpose analyzing the surface runoff from storm events and to design the adequate storm drain facilities.
- Storm Water Quality Management Plans that comply with stormwater management regulations.

- Construction Plans (11x17)

Building Design Services
- New homes and home addition designs.
- Structural engineering calculations, plans, and details.
